Thanks dvj. I also edited the Roughmets in this one as well. Just to my own preference. Nothing too exhaustive. Is there a paint kit for this by any chance? Anyone know?

Could you check it out and see what you think of the shine? Too much/not enough/just right?

Jan, I use to fly the Goose to Catalina when I was a kid. It will be nice to have that paint scheme to fly back to Catalina. Good work and looking forward to the Catalina livery. Tom
 
I've yet to re-download with the latest fixes and I see new repaints are coming online... Has the mirrored wing been fixed (i.e. each wing can be painted independently)?

Looking good. Maybe a touch too matte on the exhaust, but only a smidge. Bloody great work and something I was going to do for the next update. But as mentioned, with proper credit could we use your COMP files?
 
Great Plane!

Just downloaded the Goose...flies great in 1.12.13...
....looks great too....I note: using my XBox controller,
there is a lot of "vibration" using my stock setting (22)
under "Accessibility"...of course, this can be turned off; the
water landing effect is not so realistic (at least to me); and,
sometimes the windshield exhibits a lot of reflection (opacity?)
on a bright, sunny day...

Overall, right now probably the best freeware plane for MSFS
hands down!...can't wait for you to get the instruments working...

Thanks for the kind words.

Xbox controller vibration is a known issue and well look at that for release.

There are no effects currently due to Sim limitations.

We've also had reports of the glass reflections so we'll be looking at them also.

Only instruments not working is the Radio Stack.

Ah man, I had heard of a Goose conversion, but I didn't realize it was the OZ one! Never flew it much in FSX but I thought it was a pretty darn excellent upgrade for it the few times I did fly. Glad to see you lot take the time to fix it up, gonna be the first aircraft download I make for this sim since launch.

So thank you!
