Lockheed P-2V7 Fire Bombers?

Actually, we're meaning the same thing...at your frame 25 rotate 90*...and so on.
I'm not sure how many frames are in the animation. I'm at work right now.

I received some photos of the P2-V via my email (not your files Bill) So far, trying to put together something for rivet/panel lines in any uniformity from pictures leaves a lot to the imagination. Unfortunately not mine.
......I'm in process with what I have. We'll see how it goes. Panel lines will be fairly direct. Rivet placement is a mystery at this point.

I have the line overlays ready to go.

N2056, I did 0, 25, 50, 75, 100 key frames for rotation all at 90* for every one, I will get back to work on it on Friday and will check everything.

OleBoy, Panel lines are just fine with me as there is not very good pics out there with rivet lines. I will take anything that you come up with, I have seen the work that you are doing on a cupple of other aircraft and they look ausome.

Thank You

Bill

[LINESTRIKE]Well Bill, here I go displaying my ignorance. I can't get the model/paint to display in-sim with your config. I went through and edited, but that didn't work either. I'm stumped.

Am I needing to convert all the textures within the aircraft folders to get it to work?[/LINESTRIKE]

Here's a couple of the P2V-5's progress. When I view them, I keep trying to rotate them with my mouse :kilroy: :icon_lol:

Wow OleBoy that looks AWESOME!

Bill, I'll get you the flight model pretty soon, sorry for the delay. One of us (3 have been testing it) found an issue that we're trying to replicate so we can solve it. Once we get that squared away we'll get it to you!

No worries:jump:

OleBoy, Wow those look awesome keep up the good work.

Trust me. I'm doing my best to remain frustrated while staying between the lines. And I haven't been drinking.

Little by little. I'll get there.

You are doing a fine job.

Still having a tuff time trying to get the tires to rotate not sure what the problem is:banghead:
Would any one take a look at my model and see what I may be doing rong.

Bill, on the wheel issue how are you tagging the animation?

For the nose gear I use c_tire_blurred_key for the rotating tire and c_tire_still_key
for the nonrotating tire and do the same with the visibility in the attach tool.
And so for the left gear and right gear. I'm puzzled as to why it does not work.

Animate the non-rotating tire. That animation is for rotation at slow speeds, not stopped. :salute:

Here's one of my old shots from the Southern California firestorms of 93 (epic fire season with a dozen large fires all burning at once and pushed by extreme Santa Ana winds; the sky was blacked out with smoke for a week, turned day into night)... I shot this at Hemet-Ryan Air Attack Base. This particular aircraft is the same as T-55 in configuration, so we could see a paint of this beauty (sister ship to T-139 but with the chopped Stinger tail, no MAD boom).

Just to keep everyone's eye on the prize! :icon_lol:

OK, all wheels are now working with the animation of still and blurred tires.
Thank you N2056.:wiggle::applause:

I will now continue on with Tanker 55 and doing the VC's.:jump:

Thats a crazzy pic airattackimages, I was in a fire storm in northern California, living in Jamestown my father and I wached a lightning cloud move around and set off many fires and that same cloud moved on down to yosimity and also set fires off there too. we were serounded with fire and it was a scarry time, got to wach many tankers and also wached copter 404 do some ausome fire drops.

Tanker 55 on for painting will send the email off to tankerguy72 for photoreal textures, and I have done lots of updates to the models themselfs, so far I have Tanker 44, 55, 139, 48 and the Aero Union models done, now I will contenue on with the VC's to get them up to flying condition.
