• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Milviz F4J crash in P3d

Working for me under P3Dv3.4.22.19868

The patch offers 2 update sys files. Make sure you uninstall the bird then reinstall. Also disable and/or turn off you AV during the process.

If there is a patch, then why the need to uninstall and reinstall? Surely a patch should be installed over the existing installation.

Not a bad AMS module. Right click on your AMS shortcut, select Open File Location. Open the Configurations folder, and in both the F4S and F4J folders, delete both radio files. The AMS will rebuild them and work properly afterwards.

OK.. the module works again.. but I cant seem to load the Phantom in the load out menu.. It will show chalks, start cart, but I cant arm the plane with tanks, bombs or missiles....

You have the engines off and brakes on?

TacPack user?

TackPack.... yes

Honestly.. now that you said it.. I'm not sure if the Phantom loaded with the engines running or not.. going to look into that.. I often have the sound muted at night.. and I only loaded it to see if I was going to get a CTD..

thanks
