Thought a running list of MSFS24 compatible add-ons would be helpful. Add-ons that were originally designed for MSFS20, but have since been updated for MSFS24. Please add any that you've discovered...

My list so far:
Inibuilds T-33
Azurpoly OV-10
 
As are most AH things. Apparently te kwikflight Bone B-1B is as well

BRSims Erco 415 and Grumman AA-5 copy across perfectly, but there's no visible pilot or co-pilot (yet).
 
DC Designs 2020 Concorde copies over nicely, but they are working on an offical 2024 update. None of the 3rd party liveries work. Pilots Boeing 314 also copies over, but the glass is spotted.
 
From my payware aircraft spread sheet. Everything on this list are all the aircraft I've tested on cross country flights so far that are usable in 2024. All without CTDs or so much missing or non-functional features that they weren't flyable. No crossovers. They are either MSMP purchases already active in 2024 or straight outside 2024 installs as per Column B.

Got excited there thinking the OV-10 had been updated to native 2024 like the T-33...

As far as I know, as of December 16 the Inibuilds T-33, LivToAir Zivko Edge 540 V2, and (yawn) Inibuilds A300-600R Premiu are the only native FS2024 SDK third-party planes available. There are tons of 2020 planes that work fine, but the T-33/Edge/A300 are the only ones with the ("be careful what you ask for, you might get it," ugh) walk-around feature and FS2024 flight model. The T-33 and Edge are free upgrades if you bought the 2020 versions; A300 has an upgrade fee for the native version.
 
I might comment that the Sim Updates may indeed make things non functional. What works now may not in the future. It's a moving target.
 
I mean, Sim Updates should be making things more functional, given MS's stated intents here. But yeah, intention is one thing...

Pilot's Boeing 314 is also FS2024 compatible (but not native).
 
All of Hanger Studios 713 aircraft are compatible. 4 Navions and the American Champion 8KCAB Super Decathalon.
Blackbird Simulations (MilVis) Shrike PA30 Twinkie works.
 
So the A1R Ryan ST-A claims it's FS24 compatible on SimMarket. I downloaded the latest version, installed it on FS24, and the bare metal is all white and the glass on the instruments is so dark you can't see them. I don't want to drop a negative review because it's a good plane when it works, but they should not be slapping "FS24" on a plane where basic functionality doesn't work.

I think the default textures that come with the aircraft looking correct issue is important to claim compatibility.

An aircraft also cannot be called compatible if its sound isn't corrected to sound like the original release. I have flown a few on my list up top that are close, but the sound is way off.

To be fair, much of what is keeping many aircraft I've flown so far from being truly compatible aren't the developer's fault but are MSFS2024 issues. Still, I would rather wait a bit giving the developer time to get it all straightened out, rather than have them think they are under some arbitrary deadline to get our paid for aircraft back up and flying correctly.

While going through testing aircraft, it has been interesting how "compatible" the MSFS 2024 Aeroplane Heaven aircraft have been out of the box. Other than a couple that won't cold start, and the rest with the bad MSFS 2024 lighting issues, they've been pretty much 100% functional with good textures. Another is the RedWing Farnam Goliath. As complex as all its extra functions are, I haven't found anything on it that would keep it off the 100% compatible list. It's actually a very cool aircraft, that I only wish some "what if" repaints were out there.

There are "cherry bombs" in the fruit bowl! The 2020 Blackbird Corsair that I am futzing with in the 2024 sim had inop instruments and animations, until I started a flight with the canopy closed. Canopy closed everything works, but touch the lever to open canopy and everything quits? Can't find an open-close canopy binding yet. "Wednesday-Thursday-Friday" as the acronym goes. Does not go back to working if I close the canopy.

Now that is weird! Obviously something in the coding, but weird nevertheless!

For whatever reason a native aircraft has a completely different format for the packages.

Again the above Corsair illustrates a possible truism: Yesterday I had if flying beautifully and today it wants to roll seriously left in flight. I think it is possible that so much of the flight manners are computed in simulator and not specified by the creator, that changes (updates big or little) in the sim may seriously affect the projects.
