sorry but it isnt the true.
The regular wheel/ski/float/tundra and amphibian version You have in the one package and in the one price. So not as You wrote - only "the base model" but... 5 models in the one package.
Only expansion was payware (Baver STOL version + crop duster).

About DHC-3 You will receive versions like this: Ski, Straight Floats, Amphibian and Regular Gear.

Just checked the Milviz product page for the beaver, you were right, I was wrong sorry about that. I got the impression that the "Play and spray" expansion was just skis/tundras/floats for extra cash. The Milviz Otter looks great, judging from screenshots. It will be interesting to see how it differs from the Just Flight model. I'll buy one of them for sure, just depends which will be the most accurate and immersive representation of the real thing.

Over Norway, VC is near completed. Default radio stock, F1, Mindstar, RXP compatible also + default Milviz 530/430 including MV weather radar. P3D+FSX.

Im not involved in this beta, so I am unable to comment on the content or fde, i only had first look tonight along with the demo from another developer of the same aircraft

Regarding the Beaver, that sure isn't what I remember. If you wanted straight floats, you had to buy the expansion pack. The base model only came with amphibs. Has this changed?

That's correct. The base model came with wheels, tundra, skis and amphib floats (only).
The expansion pack added straight floats, cropduster and a STOL kit option for the models.
 
on the one hand, these models are expensive to produce. So I understand the developers wanting to recoup some of that expense by splitting the packages up...
on the other hand - these models are expensive to purchase, so I hope the developers understand that sales might be impacted by this decision.

Solution - make one collective package and sell it at 60% of the combined price....then make a single, wheeled basic model and sell it for $10

most people will buy the lite single for 10 bucks..chances are solid they will love it and buy the combo pack at the reasonable price once they know what it does on their rig - and can afford it.
Result - much higher ROI for the developer.

get your model out there because when customers have to wait for sales before they can buy, it can cause you to lose business to a competitor..and demo's are a PITA - you don't get paid for demo's and we often don't get a proper experience from them.

Big question for me is: will this be a FSX release? With the Milviz Corsair exclusively for P3D I have my doubts.
