I'm convinced it's for entertainment. But all that ruckus happening after the race, off track, & in pit row potentially can get someone injured or killed.

I doubt any fines or penalties will be levied.

I think old Brad has a payback coming his way, somewhere along the line! He doesn't fit the bill as an intimidator!:costumed-smiley-034

And these idiots are supposedly the best drivers in the the best form of motor racing in the world????????
Ugly, in fact, make that Fugly.
NASCAR needs to take a long hard look at itself and the not very attractive face it presents to motorsport enthusiasts.

Hey All,

Yeah Matt admitted he shouldn't have tried passing Brad outside on the last restart messin up both cars. Denny admitted brake checking Brad on the cool down lap. Just the usual - Gibbs drivers doin stupid stuff.

That does not excuse Brad for doing what he did on the cool down lap. He should not have done that. Stewart stupidity I'm not even going to comment on.

I think there will be some penalties - Brad a big one for hitting Kenseth on the cool down and probably the one set of tire spin marks in the garage. I don't believe the whole burnouts in the garage stuff Hamlin said nor do I believe Brad hit a tranny - tranny skid marks would have shown up in the pictures. This is assuming the one set of marks in the two released pictures are the ONLY set of marks which look to me like he was lining up for a door. He still should not do that and should be punished.

If you look at the points after that race - none of what happened is surprising as only the top 8 go through.

1- Joey Logano
Points behind Leader
2
- Kyle Busch

3+3 Kevin Harvick7
4-1 Ryan Newman11

well im just happy that Kyle Larson would be 9th..and pop pop's grandson would be 15th........and ill bet you Panthers next pay check that grandson will get the ROTY this season.

Hey All,

The real point standings ARE the chase standings. The idea that the old ways are best is just bogus. I remember myself the huge leads Richard Petty had and how Earnhardt could coast at the end. If you want to make money and that is what the France family that owns NASCAR wants then you spice it up at the end. Now maybe it could be done different - some system that makes late in the year races worth more than earlier or some such but the bottom line is the Frances run the show.

We will see what happens tomorrow but I gotta say what a drama queen Hamlin is. Kenseth anger I can understand. Anyway as I said we will see what NASCAR says tomorrow.

I will take honest emotion with the coming penalties over what should not have happened to Jules Bianchi - any day.

Most of the user comments after the articles point the finger at Keselowski....

Hey All,

And they should. Are you surprised?Hamlin being cute with the brake check just set Brad off. I think Brad saw this as his year for title number two considering how strong he has been all year - but now with only Talledega left to get in it is tough. Brad has no business hitting cars on pit road after the race - that is dangerous - the garage thing isn't that bad in my opinion - more noise than anything.

Oh no Ed!
NASCAR is (supposedly) the pinnacle of Motor Racing, according to the resident Redneck.
I was really annoyed with the stupidity displayed at Bathurst by 'Race Control', but this latest NASCAR drama does nothing for what little credibility the series had.
'Days of Thunder' performances live and in real time.
Muppets.

:173go1:
And speaking of said Redneck ("I will take honest emotion with the coming penalties over what should not have happened to Jules Bianchi - any day. -Ed-")
One person and one person alone is responsible for the Suzuka incident, Jules Bianchi.
