Nellis AFB - Hill AFB

Decided to take a flight from Nellis to Hill AFB. Met up with a B-58 for about 60 miles and then headed off to Hill. Nellis to Hill is ~300nm. Nellis is just outside Las Vegas NV for those who don't know...(I don't know that there are many here who don't!). Hill AFB is NE of Nellis just north of Salt Lake City UT in a city called Ogden if you're wondering.

~50 miles from Salt Lake valley I'm picking up an IFR flight plan to Hill AFB... Beautiful day though! Love the SW USA....I was also reminded how crappy the ATC is in FS/P3Dv3.23. If there's one thing that could be improved upon and that I would PAY $$$ for, is an all new ATC system. With real voices, and good commands. The crazy directions are enough to make you nuts...I was changing freqs literally every 10 secs during the vectors to the FAP. And changing altitudes up and down, up and down about as much. It was insane. Completely unrealistic and very annoying...real IFR flying is much much easier I must say!

Landing at Hill AFB UT. Home of the First F-16A Squadron and I believe the first F-35A squadron of the USAF (other than training).
