I started with the paintkit for these repaints on 10 December, as I don't have much time I did only finish 4 repaints so far.

The Albatros from Ltn Joachim von Bertrab of jasta 30 was built by Albatros, so the rudder is incorrect as Stuart's model depicts the OAW (Ostdeutsche Albatros Werke) version.

"Die Blaue Maus" (The blue mouse) flown by Ltn Hermann Fromherz of Jasta 2. I will include two different textures for the wings. One with the standard three colour camouflage and one with blue wings. As it is unknown what colour the wing really had.

Another blue aircraft, this time a D.III flown by an unknown pilot of Jasta 9.

And of course a plywood one, flown by an unknown pilot from an unknown unit. However after a profile by Don Greer.

Hopefully I will be able to upload them soonish,

Huub,

I really think you need to start up your own FS WWI Sim based on a FS9 variant....

That is a fleet of German birds you have done now... All we need is a couple of Allied birds and we have both sides..

Then some WWI era Autogen textures...

Voila.. Huub Sim!

:D

Huub, as always, lovely work.
(insert 'applauding' smilie!)
Nice to be able to freshen up the Albatros!

I need a bigger hanger to store all these aircraft. I like your repaints of these wonderful aircraft.

Thanks for the comments guys. Personally I prefer those who are not yet available. However I uploaded these just after Douglas had been around.

Mike thank for the offer, but I think I have seen enough Albatros for a while ;) (Although you never know, what will be next :kilroy:).

Cheers,
Huub
