NextGen Embraer 110

Does anyone have the NextGen Embraer 110? I'm curious about opinions, and I'd like to know if it uses the MSFS native tail number system.
 
I've already seen a few of those. I was hoping someone here had bought it and would have some input.

I've bought it and yes, it does use the native MSFS tail number system. On my set up, the "Customize" settings are applied to all my other flyable aircraft so I have to reset them if I change aircraft or even livery.
For anyone else who already has the EMB110 and wants ATC to use the correct aircraft type & model, change the general section in the aircraft.cfg to this:

Good info - thanks! Every time I fly, I use the same "N721TC," and I'll probably stick to the plain white cargo livery anyway. (Boxes don't scream when I pull some of my turns to keep from missing an approach!)
 
Well, I pulled the trigger, and I'm not sorry I did. This is a nice little freight hopper! It turns out that the only part that uses the native reg display is on the panel. It's not used on the exterior - I'm guessing because of the painted liveries. But I really like plain white planes and I was able to open the fuselage texture in Gimp and add my standard N721TC to both sided and get them symmetrical. The latest GNS mod from flightsim.to works well with it, and I was able to shoot a nice ILS approach into KGSO 23L and wave to myself in my apartment as I flew almost directly over. I still haven't done any hand flying with it yet, since I was really just trying to get used to the systems. I may play with it at Chagual next, since one of the clips reviewing it was done there and it looks, umm... "interesting!"

As for the package itself, I have a couple of niggles. The sound is OK at best. I downloaded the improvement pack from flightsim.to and tried out the King Air sound replacement, but as soon as you turn on the battery, you get the "engaging autopilot" announcement - immersion killer. I am running the clean glass module, since the default really needs to have a bottle or two of Windex applied to it. I haven't tried the performance module yet - I want to get to know the plane as-is so I can have an idea of what's really changed when I put it in. The only other issue is that both the Ng and Nh tachometers are taking their inputs from the same source, because there is never any difference.

Yes the engine/prop sound is more Lambretta than Embraer, and there are no prop rpm gauges for some reason. NextGen have promised a hotfix for these and other issues soon and a full Service Pack "by Q4 2021".
The King Air sound replacement mod doesn't include the cockpit switch clicks and adds a loud fuel pump noise which I find more annoying than the default sounds to be honest, but the performance mod is well worth having - I've added a couple of minor tweaks of my own to it and I'm flying the EMB-110 more than anything else at the moment.
