DEVELOPMENT UPDATE - JUNE 2026
Hello @everyone,
Big news this time!!! The EMB-110 Bandeirante v2 for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 is ready for release!
Also, there are a few items that I need to touch with you all regarding product's final pricing, rollout process, missing pre-release items, and future developments. Those items are explained in detail here in the Development Update from the website.
If you want to know only the key points from the whole post, here they are below:
- The EMB-110v2 product's release was delayed due to a significantly demanding internal testing and validation process, requiring also addressing lots of critical bugs across all product's development areas.
- Gratitude with everyone for the feedback regarding the updated soundscape for the EMB-110v2, where its development was mostly motivated by reviews and comments from the MSFS2020 product's soundscape.
- Possibility of assessing a backporting process for the new soundscape featured in the 2024 product into the 2020 product for a future update, due to positive feedback received from the community.
- The EMB-110v2 will cost $34.99/€34.99 for new users and $13.99/€13.99 for existing owners of the 2020 product. NOTE: Prices here are without VAT.
- The EMB-110v2 will be made available on the in-game Marketplace on mid-June 2026, provided all checks are complete and successfully validated.
- The product will be released initially for PC & Xbox Marketplace. PS5 release not possible yet until further notice. Additionally, release to 3rd-party stores to follow within the next couple of months.
- Product's documentation, repaint kit and tutorials on YouTube are all on the works at the time of posting.
- Saabs development resuming now, prioritising development for MSFS 2024, after results from the Navigraph's Flight Sim Community Survey, where 2024 overtakes 2020 as the dominant flight-sim platform.
