O/T VR flight sims

Pat Pattle

SOH-CM-2025
Is anyone using VR in any flight sims? IL2 or MSFS etc?
Needs to be plug and play, a mate of mines just bought a headset and wants to fly a Spitfire!

it’s only about flying I would go for the new MSFS2024, I do not own FS2024 but from what I did read the clear winner on all aspects.
Keep also in your mind “IL2-Battle of Series” & DCS is clearly showing it’s from a time before VR. I have deleted both because of all the bad aliasing like shimmer/jaggies. If wanting a Combat fly sim, then the future IL2-Korea could be the best option for VR. The other development, the Pacific WW2 game from Jason Williams could be a tricky one, as it’s uses the Unreal engine 5. Readings at the racesim forums this UE game-engine is not suitable for VR use. Only both without the Spitfire.
