Looks like the P-3 is going to be back in my library. I was the LPO for the line and ordnance shops at Pt Mugu many years ago. Loved that bird and loved my jobs and crew from that time. Any chance of a VP-65 paint job?

i agree..very nice paint,oh since grey eagle got that from flightsim.c shouldnt he get permission to upload it here?

I tried contacting the author with the email address given in his read me but my email was unable to go thru to address given. Looks like an overseas address.

Always good courtesy to the original author and really common sense to get permission before uploading somebody else's work.

If you're unable to contact the original artist. Place a second readme in the folder stating that you were unable to contact him, give his name, state that you take no credit for the work and move on. Make sure you include his original readme as well. Everyone has a RW life that takes them away from the hobby and you could try for months and never contact him. He could have also moved and changed his e-mail address. You're not stealing the work, simply passing it on. He should have no problem with that given it was already posted on a public download site.

Perfectly phrased, Ed:very_drunk: NC

Still very much a novice repainter, but should the files be converted from .bmp to .dds format for FSX?

Any work on a current Update III C with EFIS/EHSI?

Yes...and you'll want a "Texture" wordpad file in each livery ("texture.XXXX") folder. Usually it's .bmp to DXT3 DDS conversion [but not always!].

After my 1st U/L last night, I realized I left out a file and had to add it and re U/L with new file name to avoid confusion.
The link below contains the file I forgot to add to the first U/L.

Here is the link:

Grey Eagle,

The file at the provided link does not seem to be valid. It is only 89K and gives an error when I try and open it.
