There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Should I just install the client and content like I did when I upgraded to 3.2?
Is scenery necessary?

Take a look at the top of this thread at AVSIM:Hi guys, I purchased 3.2.3 and have been running it for about 6 weeks now. Its now highly tweaked with my orbx scenery, custom config settings, lots of payware and freeware added aircraft...
How do I preserve all that whilst doing the upgrade, or is this literally blow it all away and start over? I read the pdf file LM put out on installation, but am confused on this issue still.
Whats the best way to do this with minimum pain and spending the next 3 days solid reinstalling stuff?
Eric
Same here John, actually I may wait until I know Instant Scenery 3 is compatible again. They are slow to bring IS3 into line with these updates and rushing to get the latest P3D version just causes me to have to drop any scenery work I'm doing until it's updated. Thanks for the heads up. I think I will wait a week or two before upgrading.
