• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

most of us have eto
but know one wants to host it
fact.....eto is a more level playing field.
latency and some other factors do not come into play which would give the host and some others an advantage. so this brings me to the question .....why no eto games! must i say any more. were all good pilots. and in a more fair game room the battles are much more realistic! just venting a little.ya bastids

Hi folks,
I've been trying to get into ETO games, but no luck since I installed the add-on 1.02. Just keep being told " Mismatched Aircraft---Lanc-3-----B25H---JU 87 and 1 other ? ". That plus stick and computer problems just slows everything down somewhat, that's why you've not seen me in ETO recently.

Zara, don't write CFS3'ers off for ETO, it will just take a bit of time for folks to move into this theatre. You are quite correct about ETO advantages, it is brilliant. Aric, DOS Ghost and 2trees are pushing this side of things too and have been very helpful to all, but there are always some problems or other to overcome.

So as Hitman says, " No worries Mate" . Given some time, ETO will take off. :wavey:
