Probably do what I did when he was crouched by my back fence at 1:00 am and he said: "Sir, go back inside and close the door" -- I did what I was told!

4 police cars, one helicopter with a NightSun and ten minutes later, the sergeant came to the door and politely asked if they could search my garage for the suspect they'd been tracking.

No one there, and we had a good chat afterward, but I certainly was awake!

Hey, not a typical sight on my block but heres the story. Im headin to the store and as Im gettin im my car I hear some commotion down the street, as I pull out of my driveway I see this guy crouched behind a car with an AR15. Its dark but the street light has him backlit and I could clearly see the AR's silhouette. Im thinking druggies solving a problem so I call 911. Cops show up and do their thing as Im back in my drive now, theres 3 guys and they hid when the cops showed up. Turns out to be late teen/20 somethings playing army with AR15 airsoft guns.............

Playing army on a public street with AirSoft weapons? I've seen AirSoft stuff and much of it looks exactly like the real thing. These guys could easily end up getting shot with a real weapon by a real police officer. There's a place for everything, but public streets are not the place for this.
 
I'd have thought it was a police tactical team setting up a drug bust. I've seen that here in the Falls, and I get the f--k out of the way. I agree that "playing army" with something looking exactly like a real weapon is a very unpleasant accident waiting to happen.

As far as running around the street with airsoft, you'll never see me doing that, day or night! That orange tip WON'T make you bulletproof....
Did have this at work. For half the day no one knew what it was...

An old-school Viper!!! What a great model. I love the spinning turbines. I liked both the new and old Battlestar Galactica, but then I'm very tolerant phylum of nerd. Some of my people think they're bishops at the Council of Nicea instead of science fiction fans. I see in your readme file that you chaged some things in the cockpit layout. I have no doubt this was done to make the a/c more flyable, but I'm curious as to whether any fanboys gave you trouble about it. Some of them really think they're the monks from The Name of the Rose, which is why I don't go on Star Trek sites even now.

Look what happened to the exmarine in tucson az.....Gets shot 22 times...Hes dead and all the sheriffs could say, was its a unfortunate accident.....Being shot once is a unfortunate accident....being shot 22 times is just plain murder....

Yea just plain Murder.. Such a bummer, and no one will ever answer for this..
 
"Murder" ?? Hardly. I would submit that you know little of the facts of this case if you think that. The ex-Marine (as if that makes any difference) and his brother were clearly connected to a cartel operating in the southern Arizona area. Sufficient evidence exists to show that he was functioning as a part-time "enforcer" for this group and his brother has direct links to marijuana trafficking.

Multiple weapons, bullet-proof vest and a Border Patrol ball cap were also recovered from his house. As SWAT knocked down the door - after identifying themselves - he confronted them and leveled his AR-15 and was killed before he could get off any shots.

There are always two sides to every story. If you think the news media and his loud supporters will reveal some of these facts, you're dreaming.

Maybe he was a good Marine during his service and succumbed to the lure of the Dark Side. Regardless, he made his choices and paid the consequence.

PS: As far as I know, no one at the Pima Co. Sheriffs Dept. has indicated that this was an accidental shooting.
 
As I have taught both my daughters with their pistols....

The only reason for ever pointing a weapon at someone is to kill them. Once you fire, you keep on firing. You do not stop shooting if your target goes down. You do not stop shooting until your weapon is empty. This shoot to wound stuff is pure Hollywood. Rather see you in court than in the morgue.

Also....zombies could be lurking.
