Thought I'd let you guys know I have started work on new scenery for FSX and P3D

This is a complete make over from default scenery, new models, photo-real, textures, effects all made by me, it's know where near finished yet, but you can see my progress in the screen shots attached, if anyone is interested in a copy when complete just email me, I have now gone back to the way I did photo real before SbuilderX came along.

Hope you enjoy them, the scenery will be about 3 months away from now, I can only do around 4 models a day and place them still many to go! but with what's here I still get over 70 frames with 60% AI and FSX maxed out

I am thinking of getting Orbx Australia and Cairns.Can any of you guys tell me if Cairns is OK on frame rates 'cos it looks pretty complicated scenery.

Cairns is pretty FPS hungry but it runs fairly well if you dial some of the detail back, it is on a par with Brisbane International or Coffs at high settings.

RAAF Pearce Airport would be a wonderful scenery addition, Lawrence. :)

I have very fond memories of Pearce during the sixties, and of being buzzed by Vampire trainers on the road, heading for Geraldton!
They'd sneak up behind moving vehicles, and suddenly; WHOOSH!
