Re: Unbroken

Fellow simmers,

Have a book you should read Called "Unbroken" by Laura Hillenbrand it's a WW2
Story of survival, Resilience, and Redemption. I'm quoting from the book cover.
I'll give you a hint Louis Zamperini. ;)

I've already turned a few persons onto "Unbroken." Actually,....Louis Zamperini came out with his own autobiography some years earlier called titled "Devil at my Heels." Which is a good read. However,...Laura Hillenbrand is a master story teller. She previously had written the story of "Seabiscuit" which was turned into a feature film. Yes,...."Unbroken" is a definite four star read.

brad kaste,

"Devil At My heels" that's another one I have to read as well, thanks.

Haven't read it yet but Unbroken has sold well at Barnes & Noble and has 4-star reader reviews at BN.com. You can still get Louis Zamperini's original autobiography in paperback at B&N and elsewhere.
