Running WOTR scenery question ?

Want to run WOTR scenery in the ETO expansion again . How do i get the cloud shadows to show properly with the WOTR scenery ? Cloud shadows shows up differently with WOTR scenery than the ETO scenery. Is there a fix for this issue ? Like the looks, but the shadow problem is a immersion killer IMO. Thanks for any help, scott

Cloud shadows will not change based on the scenery. Depending on the lightness or darkness of the scenery textures themselves, they may appear differently under a cloud shadow, but the shadows themselves will be unchanged. You can tune the density and size of cloud shadows in the D3D8.ini, with the CloudShadowScale and CloudShadowDensity values, which might help you get a look you like better.

Thanks Dan ! Extremely helpful. Enjoy the look, even though it's a bit o a hit on FPS, it's worth it IMO. It was just the clouds over 10,000 ft.
