Scenery Exclude Tool

Some years ago there was a scenery exclude tool that interfaced with FS2004 to make excludes around airports. It was very easy to use and you merely went into slew mode and pinpointed the coordinates where you wanted to eliminate buildings and such.

Does anyone remember that tool?

Seems it was FSExc or Exc-something.

I had it installed on my WIN 7 machine, but missed transferring it over to the WIN 10 PC.

Seems like it was either by Lee Swordy or Martin Wright or one of the other scenery designers.

Hi DD73,

You are most likely looking for the program ExcBuilder by Paavo Pihelgas. When you go to AVSIM and do a search on the file "excbld_tutorial.zip" you will get the tutorial by David "opa" Marschall, which has all the necessary files included to create a .bgl file.

Cheers,
Huub

Instant Scenery of Flight1 has an excluding tool too. At least it works for default objects. With third party objects that ist an obther cup of tea!
