Scenery Problem

Here's the deal:

My current Scenery Config consists of 1103 Areas. When I add scenery from settings it adds the scenery at priority 101 instead of 1 and it does not add it to the scenery config file.

I've check for duplicates and have none. I use a program called Scenery Config Edit, which says I have no duplictes and I also went through manually and checked as well, there are no duplicate entries. Also found no Areas or layers duplicated. All are in perfect order. Went through entries one by one and cannot find anything unusual.

I'm :faint: (stumped). Need :help: Anybody got any ideas.

Just a thought:
REMOVE a scenery or two, then try again.
I think you may have found the practical limit of the sim there...:isadizzy:

Wow!! 1103! :faint:

As W_Z said...You may have found the practical limit of the sim..

(I think I've got 240 or so...and don't see most of it in a years time)

IIRC there is a limit but I can't find the reference. Sounds like the magic number might be 1024? If you have each scenery package set up in a separate library you might solve some of it by combining sets (make a "Pacific Northwest", for example, or a "Carribean").l

I got to thinkn' about that last night. Same thing in CFS2, I have some combined but not all, I guess my next few weeks will be devoted to scenery clean up :wavey:
