Schiphol 1940

No need for Harry to step in: I can finish his work. Figured out what he did and how he did it. He did a great job. Can't thank him enough for that.

Good evening Cees,
nee nee nee dat geiht gaar nich. LOL
With a Bell 206 over a nice vintage scene. LOL
There are two interesting vintage choppers on this site.
Also I just published another one. Perhaps some talented
repainters would make a nice (fantasy) civil repaint in the style of the
Kaman G-Max?
My tongue is hanging more and more down in awaiting your scenery
Best regards
Michael

You found a very elegant way to put an end to the "Ringvaart" Cees. It is funny, I looked at many pictures from the era recently, but I still haven't been able to locate the quay where the Fokker aircraft arrived (by boat) from the factory at the Papaverweg.

Cheers,
Huub

Nice pic of the Fokker F.XXXVI, Huub. I think this is one of the few we still have to fill from the Fokker stable. LOL!

Good morning Cees
just wonder how you got a VW typ 60, in blue?
On my knowledge the few sedans produced have been only delivered to official personal of the Reich's administration.
Is it a clandestine one? LOL
I wonder how you do your sceneries - I try with two friends to reproduce some ancient german airports. But I' m not sure if once the ground airfield done I go the right way. I add all the buildings I want to have using EZ scenery, but at last when I send what I have done a lot is missing than
Or the whole baby gets extremely big.
Best regards

Good morning Michael,

I don't use EZ scenery. I have it, but I only use it to view what's in the libraries. I use ADE, SBuilder9, Afcad2, and occasionally FSSC. I make most of the buildings I use myself using FSDS 3.5. Of course the textures and the traffic are done with other programs.

Nice Cees, The villilage Rijk even has its own "Waterstaatskerk" from a type which is quite common in the Haarlemmermeerpolder,

Cheers,
Huub

Ah! The church you see is modelled to resemble what I see in the photo's of Rijk. I'll take a look, if there are photo's of these other churches.

Cees, don't forget your model of Annakerk to the southeast of the field.
Your Schiphol scenery is looking fabulous - well done! :ernaehrung004:

I didn't forget this one, but it is a bit lost with nothing around it.

Thanks for the compliment!
