  • Server side Maintenance is done. We still have an update to the forum software to run but that one will have to wait for a better time.

Sim Update X

I mean if you really can't wait, opt in to the beta. The current beta build is the SU10 RC so nothing is likely to change between now and whenever it's pushed publicly.
 
They're hinting at a release for next week by announcing that the Marketplace updates are being delayed to align with SU10 requirements.

To align with SU10 dependencies, we are pushing this week’s Marketplace release to next week. There will be no Marketplace release this Thursday, September 15. Content being processed for release this week is now planned to be included in the next Marketplace release on Thursday, September 22.

Just had a mail from Nvidia, they're having a GeForce special broadcast tomorrow. that probably means that their update is imminent! :jump:

It may also be discussing the fact that Nvidia somehow pissed off EVGA enough that EVGA is completely exiting the GPU market due to recurring issues they've had with Nvidia.
 
According me:

1 step - nVidia releases drivers (maybe Today)
2nd - Asobo/Beta tests the current release with the new drivers ("Speaking of, we will have more information to share very soon about the release date for Sim Update 10", but not yet)
3th - if all is good then release SU10

So maybe this week if it will go well. We'll see.
 
4090 cards don't ship till mid-October, so hopefully the next driver update won't have to wait that long. 4080 shipping in November.

The 4080/4090 are going to be amazing for MSFS and DCS.
