The Blue Eagles Helicopter Display Team first formed in 1968 by British Army Air Corps Instructors at their base in Middle Wallop, Hampshire. Within a year a Full time Display unit was established and became a regular Fixture at Airshows throughout the early 1970's Displaying as far afield as the Channel Islands and Germany.
