some problems with beautiful ETO

hi squiffy, I did import .cgf and .air files from my other install where I had the stock planes improved with the mudpond utility and all went well in ETO. in every other respect I totally agree with you.

The weird effect when looking out the sides of the cockpit is similar to what they call "tearing." It could be caused by the 3d rendering of the vision sphere in the separate model for the cockpit Think of it as overlap between the two 3d 'origins' or a negative space caused by zooming out past zero in the cockpit. Or it's just a space-shadow caused by the limited resolution and range of the 3d grid. CFS3 is really designed to be viewed looking forward for the most part.
