If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Finally, we can publish progress on the Mk1A Spitfire for MSFS. These are WIP screens from the sim during test flights, developing the exterior model. Once the dynamics are nailed down, we will be moving on to the cockpit.:engel016:

Thanks for the kind comments. Just to pre-empt the rivet counters, we know that most of the wings and several parts of the airframe were flush riveted. These shots were taken during testing to examine early placement and effect. The rivets will be flush type on the finished product.:engel016:

very nice!

not quite rivet counting: shouldn't one of these texts 'walkway inboard' be rotated by 180 degrees?

More than likely Jan, we'll get to all that when we have a better handle on the dynamics of the sim. They've changed the flight model again. Grrrr.:engel016:

Thanks for the titillation. ;) I look forward to seeing the completion of this aircraft. You have a sale here.
