I was flying an Avia Accord 201 to test changes to the aircraft config file.

When I tested the plane, I found the engines were on full throttle with no throttle adjustment.

What is the max for the minimum throttle limit?
 
I can't swear to the actual LIMIT for FSX, or FS9, but the ESP settings, which I have found to be quite similar in all respects, says this:
[FONT=&quot]Defines the minimum throttle position (percent of max). Normally 0 for piston aircraft and -0.25 for turbine airplane engines with reverse thrust[/FONT]

I don't know if there are max/min limits in the aircraft.cfg file for these variables though. All I can suggest is trial and error.

Not super helpful, but the best I can offer...
