That Last Kentucky Re-Start...

Perhaps Chad should give the spotter the responsibility to tell Jimmy when to hit the gas pedal. :bump:

Hey All,

I didn't see any of it. Hard to know what happened. It is also possible that Jimme was laying back to get a run when kenseth went so Kenseth slowed and things stacked up and Joey came around. Hard to say.

"The No. 20 (Kenseth) broke the pace car speed, which you aren't supposed to, but they aren't calling guys on that so I need to start trying that in the future,” Johnson said

Sounds a bit childish to me JJ! Got beat, shut up and move on,lol I felt bad for Biffle and the rest who got taken out by Busch, rather then feel sorry for JJ.

the more johnson whines, the less i like him....whenever he is in 2nd,and its a restart..he lags back and seems to trys to dog the leader...yes racing is a game, but when you mess up and lose big time..dont blame other people..its only going to bring more attention to yourself...he was talking about kenseths speed being faster that the pace cars...watch closely and read what kenseth says...jimmie slows first, and kenseth adjusted to him..and when in the box..he went..rather than play the game...

but the best part of the entire story in that link was the very bottom..the interaction between boyer and mcmurray after the race....on facebook,,some of the guys i raced with have gotten together and we still "banter" like this...

When Clint Bowyer was asked the traditional post-race question, he had a quick reply while sitting next to Jamie McMurray:
“What happened? We run third,” Bowyer answered. “I was trying to block Jamie at the end and realized I'd better get the hell out of the way before I get myself wrecked. So I gladly pulled over and let him go. We didn't need a caution right there — you (McMurray) probably did. He would've dumped me and I'd have shot to 20."
To which McMurray replied with a smile, “How do you know I didn't try?”
