'Tom Hardy As "Mad Max"...'

I wish Hollywood would do something new instead of doing whats been done over and over and then making it darker and making it longer seems to be the choice these days.

Actually, this 'Mad Max' is done by George Miller who has done all of the other 'Mad Max' films, so I guess technically not a remake, possibly a 'prequel'. Or reboot, or whatever Marketing calls it...
Either way, Tom Hardy has starred in some good pictures over the past few years, so I really look forward to seeing him as Mad Max Rockatansky.

Plus Mr. Miller, if I remember correctly from an interview, said it will be mostly all 'old school' stunts, little to no CGI ones.
Real stunt guys actually driving real cars.
Like the other 'Max' movies.
I like those action sequences better.

AMC was showing all three films yesterday along with story/actor notes at the bottom of the screen. Interesting tidbits on the actors and the director's. Looked at some early stills from the newest MM, and it looks like they are keeping the Road Warrior look to things.

Yep.. Getting sick of all those 'reboots' myself too....
