That was a case of making an approach over the wooded end of the runway instead of coming in from the sea where isn't any trees. Came in just over the treetops and had to make too sudden a descent to get down on the runway. The Seafire didn't even bounce, just folded up the left main wheel then the wing.

Pretty fancy airfield here at WAJJ... gonna gas back up and head on west to WABB. Should prove interesting. Flight planner says I'll need 97gl of gas to make it. The Seafire only holds 101 internal. Should be plenty of extra

Made it to WABB. Think I'll park here for the night. Nice enough flight although I throttled back to 10lbs of boost to conserve fuel. I landed with about 10% left in the bottom tank. Enough for a go around or two, but that's about it.
