Orbx has the PNG Holgermesh package for free here: https://orbxdirect.com/product/holgermesh-png

You may have to buy texture packages to fit on top though. I use this mesh in P3D v4.5 and it is very nice.

Am I correct that Orbx offers Papua New Guinea land mesh. Am I correct or wrong?
