OT: What you really look like?

It's an F4 Phantom, but it's only the forward section, used for photographs. I'm going to guess this was only five or six years ago.

I guess I'm going to have to start going back to airshows again, I'd really like to get a picture of meself in that F-4 section. Didn't know they did that.

Are you a Catholic Priest or a Minister. I'm Catholic and work part time taking care of two Catholic churches in Vermont... If you are a priest should I call you Father n4gix? :costumes:

David

David, I am a retired Catholic priest, non-stipendary and without cure*. You may call me anything you like, except late for supper! :ernae:
*Note: this doesn't mean I have a disease. "Without cure" means I have have no official assignment for the "care of souls" (cure).

Okay Father! Supper is at 6:00, sharp :mixedsmi:

How long have you been with Flight Sim hobby? I got serious in FS9 but was with it off and on since early 80s.

David

PS: In fact I'm a little over the top with it:

Dang Mud! I got pistols that are bigger than that sprayer:costumes:

If you want to carry a long rifle into a tight building entry go right ahead! Or if you have a pistol that holds 30 rounds of 5.56mm go right ahead. Tight weapons are for tight spaces. My other favorite weapon was a Remington 870 also nice for close work. Believe me, we had long rifles for long jobs! Like they say, "There's a tool for every job"!

If you see the owners again, tell them that you NEVER, I mean NEVER stack a helmet, or anything else for that matter, on top of the ejection seat. :costumes:

When I was growing up, we had a family friend who was one of the priests (that tells my age right there) at our local church. He was a pilot and owned a Tailorcraft.

One day he crashed it while practicing an instrument approach. He has the church's janitor beside him as his safety pilot. The Bishop made him quit flying. afterward. :costumes:

Amazing man. If it hadn't been for him. I never would have gone to collage or USAF pilot training. I owe him big time.

Nice setup! I have followed the progress of FS since the very first, but only became actively involved in a "serious way" about the time FS95 was released. I only became "professionally involved" with FS since FS2k and retirement.

For the past eight years I've been 3d modeling and gauge programming, and now work mostly full-time for Eaglesoft DG.

Nice work at Eaglesoft Father Bill. The Citation X is one of my favorite jets. Just took it on a two hour flight today. I,m waiting for the "real FSX" Citation X to come out. I use the FS9 version in FSX works okay (have not upgraded). Has a few shiny spots in the VC but other than that works good.

Every time I hear the word "father" (religious context), I start thinking of "Father Ted" and start giggling incontrollably...:costumes:
